FitAF is a 12-week program all about teaching you how to lose fat in a way that actually fits your life. There’s no strict meal plan, no cutting out food groups, just a flexible nutrition strategy that helps you portion your macronutrients in a way that supports fat loss (without feeling like you're dieting 24/7).

On top of that, we also focus on mindful eating strategies to help you become more in tune with your body. You'll learn how to recognize real hunger versus cravings, so you can make food choices that truly serve your goals without feeling restricted.

On the workout side, you’ll get 3 structured bodyweight workouts per week—no equipment needed, and you can do them anywhere. They’re circuit-style, around 30 minutes long, and you can adjust the intensity by repeating the circuit more times. There’s also an optional cardio day, where you get to choose the type of movement you enjoy most.

Another big part of the strategy is daily movement, specifically aiming for 10,000 steps a day. This helps keep your overall activity level high, which plays a huge role in fat loss and overall health.

Every week, you’ll fill out a quick check-in form with your measurements, progress pics (only if you're comfortable), and a few questions about how things are going. This part is super important because it helps us see what’s working, what’s not, and tweak things as needed. The more data we collect, the better we can fine-tune your strategy to keep you progressing.

Everything is delivered via email, week by week, so you’re not overwhelmed with information all at once.
